Job Summary​

• You'll be working in a fast paced environment with our mortgage team, reviewing mortgage loans. 

• You'll learn how we implement systems/processes to be more efficient, in sales & in borrower experience. 

• You'll support us in areas we need to invest in, by communicating & collaborating with our clients, & operations partners. 

• Most importantly, you'll have an early seat at the table, & grow with us as we become the best mortgage team in the nation.

Roles & Responsibilities​

• Update Pipeline report

• Call active/non-active clients 

• Follow up on 3rd party loan items 

• Pre-approve incoming borrowers

• Set files up for disclosures

• Process live deals  

• Organize incoming leads

• Email/Mail/Social marketing 

• Collect/organize data

• Learn. A lot. 

 

Qualifications/Skills​

• >1yr in the residential mortgage industry ]​

• Organized, hungry, focused, & excited. What we're looking for is someone who will add value to our team, & will pay close attention to detail. 

• Ability to handle high pressure situations 

• Eager to learn, & take advantage of knowledge gained

• You'll be working out of our brickell office. M-F 8a-6p

 

Salary & Benefits​

• $55k-$75k total comp based on experience

• Medical, Dental, Vision post-90 day tenure
